-PROJECT MANAGER POSITION – (AVAILABLE NOW)

Responsible for the full cycle administration of commercial and residential projects. This

includes estimating, purchasing, contracting, sub-contracting, performance supervision, and

completion of all types of projects. The project manager identifies opportunities for the

company, including screening, coordination, proposal development, and execution of projects

while engaging in risk reduction and problem solving. Travel within the DMV area as needed

intermittently to monitor project process and supervise employees.
